Deposit required if you apply three months or more in advance.
  
  Our highest percentage of volunteers who fail to turn up are those who have applied the longest in advance. When they fail to arrive we are left either short handed or else with empty places for which we have turned down other volunteers. For this reason we require a deposit of US$100 upon acceptance of any application to volunteer which is for three months or more into the future. This amount will be deducted from the amount of your prepayment.
